My first breath meditations were extraordinary. Before that, I did not pay attention to the fact that the air on inhalation is always colder and drier than on exhalation. That the touch of the skin with the air can be felt not only when the temperature is very different from the body temperature or the wind is blowing. What if you hug and breathe together - breathing
will be one for two. That by doing Pranayama (which I will talk about later) every day, I stopped getting colds... That by simply breathing in and out, as I have done all my life, I can relive the experience I had in my mother's womb...Inhale and exhale. A very simple daily action became a guide and teacher for me in physical, emotional, and spiritual development.
I graduated from the International School of Facilitators of Consciousness. I have experience in conducting women's meetings, individual sessions, breathing practices. I teach Yoga and Pranayama.I work with women through intellect, emotions and body. I use classical therapy techniques, body-oriented practices, pranayama, Indian and Slavic ancient knowledge. Combining modern knowledge and research with
the knowledge of what century.I have 2 higher educations, international diplomas and certificates... but what I really want to tell about myself is what I can be for another woman. To be precisely to help you grow, heal, live through difficult moments. I know how not to give advice, I know how to ask the right questions. I know how to keep quiet and I know how to go with you wherever you need. Even if you are scared, unknown, hurt... I know how to create space for your joy. For your radiance and
the unfolding of your potential. I love it when a woman spreads her wings.
I studied Pranayama at Patanjali Yoga Foundation (Rishikesh, India) At teacher Ashok Mishra (Varanasi, India), Integrative breathing at the institute "In Breath"
(Germany).
I am still getting to know, learning, marvelling at the only thing that will be guaranteed to be with me until the end of my days - my body.
