World Breathing Day 2024 is only a few days away! This year the theme is "Time for Healing" focussing on how conscious breathing can be used in these challenging times to bring about harmony, positivity, healing and peace in the world. How to register for the Zoom events

To participate in the Zoom events, it is necessary to sign up to one of the two links here below:

Important: If you register for either event you are automatically registered for both events, so you only need to register one time. The day before the event you will receive a reminder email with links and the schedule. 

You can choose to participate in any of the individual sections. The Zoom link is the same. All the presentations will be recorded and the videos will be available after the events on the WBD YouTube channel

IBF Free Online Zoom Events 

Thursday 11th.April 2024

This year we have organized two "marathon" six hour events on the Zoom platform to celebrate World Breathing Day to hear prominent and experienced breathwork practitioners share about the meaning of this year's theme "Time for Healing".

The Europe event, hosted by Robin Lawley, is from 11.55 am to 6.00 pm CEST while the North America event, hosted by Rabie Hayek, is from 12.00 pm to 6.00 pm PDT. Here is a link to a handy time zone converter to help you calculate the times in your own time zone: https://www.worldtimebuddy.com
