"I am incredibly fascinated by the human body in all its layers, its ability to respond and to communicate.
I work with conscious movement & breath with the intention of keeping our bodies and minds adaptive, strong and
flexible - able to find creative solutions to the challenges we face.
In 2020 I had my first experience of CCB (Conscious Connected Breathing) - after that day, my whole system felt an incredible shift. After that experience followed a journey of exploration that allowed me to open up vessels within my own body, allowing emotions to move through and releasing blockages and old
patterns. I became a facilitator myself and a certified Oxygen Advantage Master Instructor a few years later.
I will lead the group on a journey where we surrender to the wisdom of our breath.
Through different ways of moving and breathing, we will tune into our own needs
- gently inviting more body awareness. Through the practice of Conscious Connected Breathing, we will softly create space for you to be able to listen to what your body has to say and what it needs.
Leading to more connection, more softness, more space and more acceptance and alignment with life's energy flow.
CCB is a circular breath technique (diaphragmatic breathwork), a safe and powerful practice to release tensions from the body and re-connect with our core energy."
