Our chosen venue, Berg en Dal - Mountain and Valley, located in the eastern part of our low-lying country, promises to provide a picturesque backdrop for this event.
As we gear up for this exciting
gathering, we would like to draw your attention to our first early bird Conference Ticket registration offer, which concludes on November 11th 2023. During this period, the conference fee is €450.00 for members and €525.00 for non-members. We strongly recommend that you consider becoming an IBF member today, as it will entitle you to a €25.00 discount on your conference fee.
For those who may miss the first early bird deadline, the next opportunity awaits on March 13,
2024, with rates of €490.00 for members and €565.00 for non-members.
We want to emphasize that you have the flexibility to secure your conference fee now and book your hotel room later. However, please ensure that you have reserved your hotel room by March 26, 2024, as we have made special arrangements with Fletcher Hotels.
Furthermore, be aware that there are a limited number of double rooms available at Fletcher Hotel Holthursche Hof (HHH). If you desire a double room with either
a double bed or twin beds at this location, we recommend acting promptly. Our policy is to accommodate as many GIC participants at the venue. Therefore we do not offer single rooms on this location.
The rooms in HHH are spacious enough to comfortably host three or four individuals.
We have found a second location, Fletcher Hotel Val Monte, just 5 minutes by car or a leisurely 15-minute bicycle ride through a scenic woodland landscape from the HHH. Here, we have an ample supply of both
single and double rooms.
