We are resending this newsletter to include the Zoom link to the Membership Online Breathing [see details below].

After the pandemic lockdown period, meeting together online has become an important way for people in like-minded communities to maintain their connection even over long distances and time zone differences. This has also been true for the International Breathwork Foundation. Of course, meeting in person at events such as the Global Inspiration Conference such as the one recently held in Kenya is wonderful way to meet up, connect, share and breathe together.

As part of our desire to keep the energy moving, flowing and connected amongst all our members throughout the year, we will be organizing a monthly MOB, Membership Online Breathing, starting in October 2023. It will take place on the first Thursday of every month in two time slots at 10 am and 8 pm Central European Time (Paris, Berlin etc) which translates to 9 am and 7 pm GMT (London) and 7 pm Sydney (Australia). We have decided on two events on the same day to cover all time zones.

We are really excited by this opportunity to meet together, for our members from all over the world to connect with each other, breathe together and celebrate the resilience and loving energy of our community. When we meet and breathe together, we strengthen our network and we can support ourselves and others to create a more loving world.

Every Membership Community Breath will be guided by one or two members of our community. If you would like to offer your service by guiding one and are a professional practitioner, please send an email to puravidasilke@gmail.com. We would love to experience your wisdom and energy.

Please come and let us feel the powerful family we are and how we are transforming the world inside and outside through our connected breathing!.

Our first Membership Online Breathing is THURSDAY 5TH OCTOBER 10am and 8pm CET.

The successive meetings are on

2023 - 2nd.November, 7th.December,

2024 - 4th.January, 1st.February, 7th.March.
