JoAnn Lowell in Canada:
My daughter's large architecture office set up Zoom in their boardroom to participate with us for WBD. Half their office followed the self-regulation breathing exercises I led! They said:
"We loved it. Anna, an architect at the office, mentioned that her friends at the ambulance service do the box breath as they are approaching an emergency scene and that red seal navy people do the same."
WOW...
conscious breathing & WBD REALLY is spreading!! 😁
Nadia Guido-Haugh in Ireland:
We raised €460 yesterday on WBD and we want to donate this to GIC Africa 🙏

"I was thinking and feeling how to celebrate WBD 2023. So I decided to
give a full scholarship to a very nice man Duran Arslan from Istanbul. He does hydrotherapy for disabled children and helps them with heart & soul using techniques to connect with movement and water and the joy of life. He sponsors many of them.
I saw him working last year in istanbul at the WATSU Conference. So, we are treating him
to a full scholarship, paying his flights, lodging and Breathwork Training. I think when he adds Conscious Connected Breathing to his work, he will multiply the miracles he already creates with these kids".
