Conscious breathing opens the gate to the Otherworld.
The shamanic technique of chanting, drumming and rattling makes it possible to consciously enter this world.
This world is just as real as the everyday world, only it vibrates in a different frequency.
In it we meet our ancestors, spirit guides, power animals and other beings.
Especially the power animals are powerful guides on our soul path.
By consciously meeting them in the other world, we can embody their power through movement and dance and anchor it in us as a resource.

In this workshop Krista Gilda will guide us with conscious breathing and her shamanic travel drum on our journey to the Otherworld to meet our power animal, to embody its power through movement and dance and to anchor its energy as a resource for our daily life.

KristaGilda has been guiding people in individual work and groups with integrative breathwork and shamanic methods for 20 years.
She has been following the shamanic path for 20 years and has been connected to the Three-Forces Shamanism for 9 years, which has its roots in the pre-Christian teachings and traditions of Europe.
For her, the power of the breath, the connection to nature and the creative way of living as a shaman in the 21st century in Central Europe are the most important resources for a happy, healthy and empowering life.

KristaGilda is a GPBA certified Trainer for Integrative Somatic Breath- and Bodywork, Member of the IBF- Integrity Committee, Certified Wim Hof Method Instructor, Co-Founder of the Wheel-of-Life-school for personal development and self-leadership and Shaman and Elder in the European Three-Forces-Shamanism.

Our Purpose:

To bring peace, healing, transformation, joy and inspiration to the world through conscious breathing and creative expression.
