World Breathing Day 2023 Update

World Breathing Day 2023 is fast approaching!

This year, the theme is “BREATHE PEACE”.

Conscious Breathing offers a simple, yet powerful tool that cultivates peace in us and furthermore creates peace in the world at large and YOU can be part of this beautiful way of creating peace in the world by creating greater awareness and having a small event or celebration.

With much of the world still accepting and perpetuating war, we offer an available solution to people everywhere and we wish to ask you to create an event, no matter how small or large, to spread the word and to heighten and saturate the field of breathing peace together on that day.

This year, we want to once again support every professional breathworker in organizing an activity where they live, in their own language, for their friends, for their followers, in-person or online.

If you organized an event last year, we hope we can count on you again in this year 2023. More than ever Conscious Breathing is being seen and recognized. Let’s get the message and practices of breathing peace reach all parts of the world.

FURTHER INFORMATION AND LINKS

Please simply email us worldbreathingday@ibfbreathwork.org informing us that you are organizing an event and how many people may attend. We are keeping a tally of how much impact we are having and in which countries of the world, so that the data may be compiled to show proof of our global reach, validating World Breathing Day further as an accepted official global holiday.

ONLINE GLOBAL ZOOM EVENT

The International Breathwork Foundation on World Breathing Day 2023 is offering an interactive and experiential FREE online global Zoom event in two different time zones for your convenience (The Americas & Europe). During this event, qualified, prominent and experienced breathwork practitioners will be focussing on how conscious breathing techniques can be used to BREATHE PEACE!

SPREAD THE WORD AND CELEBRATE!

If you have the possibility, go outside into nature or a favorite meditation spot and breathe. Breathe peace with others around you by breathing together in a simple flow and feel what you add to the collective celebration on April 11th..

Post photos and videos of yourself, your friends and/or your event on social media using the hashtags: #WorldBreathingDay #BreatheWBD

Post the word “BREATHE” by itself on any and all social media platforms all day on World Breathing Day and help us make a roar that reminds humanity to breathe! The simple one word post becomes a call to action and your friends will appreciate the reminder! Use the hashtag #WorldBreathingDay
